I too am having the same problem. D&B Mexico have refered me to Apple and Apple in turn refers me to D&B. It has become really frustrating, it has been a month now and there seems to be no end to this problem. The closest we got to any resolution was by calling Apple Support in the US, they said that all that was missing from our profile was our company type (LLC, Corporation, etc) we checked back with D&B and they told us it was updated, that we should wait 15 days. Well it has been mor than 15 days and the issue persists. 😟

Tried to convert individual enrollment to corporate...my company has been incorporated as an LLC since 2008. Enrollment gets stuck at "Your D&B information was not accepted..."

D&B profile already shows legal entity as LLC, still went into D&B iupdate and updated any field I could on profile. Waited a couple of weeks...Apple response "Your D&B information was not accepted..."

Called D&B...according to them all information is up to date and if Apple has a question, they should just call them to verify. Apple rep response "We are not allowed to call D&B...need to wait 14 business days..."

This ping pong has been going on since late June...even senior Apple dev support reps do not seem to have any authority to make any decisions. It seems like Apple legal department is now running the company...

Has anyone seen this

We do not support email domain you entered, please use your work email.

I registered my "Business" email with D&B as a gmail account. Since I am a member of a 2 person LLC, we do not have a website or a work email address..

How do I get by the "Website" and "Work Email" field of the registration process.

Thanks!

Hey, you have to call phone support first, ask your phone rep to get a senior advisor on the line (always easier to deal with a senior advisor directly), tell him/her about the problems you're having and they'll flip a switch on their side that will add some new fields to your "enrollment migration form", (stay on the line as you fill these up), once you submit the form the senior advisor will be notified and will immediately send you an email with the instructions to fax your documents, once faxed it takes like 4-5 hours to review (which may vary, I suppose) and then your sr. advisor will call you back once you've been approved. If you start the process early in the morning and assuming you have all the legal paperwork at hand, it should take no longer than a day to have the problem sorted out 🙂

Also, just so everyone knows.. I talked to a rep last night, and she told me that after 5 failed attempts to enroll, they lock the enrollment for that Apple ID. You will need to call and get it unlocked.

I think once you see the "Your D&B Information was not accepted", it means you've been locked out. You will need to call and get it unlocked. This is why people are having success creating new Apple IDs and seeing it work.

Just FYI.

Thanks for the Override info. Did you have to wait the full 14 days to get the override thing to work? Or did they let you do that before?

@Editorial Raices: Yup, just the Acta Constitutiva was enough

@lsl0003: I had to wait for over a month (5 weeks I think) after I got the DUNS number, I think Apple still wants to go through D&B, so (this is just an assumption) they'll ask you to wait the 14 D&B days before allowing you to fax your papers, which they only do if the D&B way doesn't work for you.

The same problem occured to my enrolment application. The whole process is so frustrating and dissapointing. I did nothing wrong but I am stuck due to the problematic approach between Apple and D&B. The worst of all is that they transfer their problems to the customer (me). They have to find a better solution on how they exchange data.

Finally the message that Apple shows saying that they need 14 days to update their database speaks itself about the company and it is not acceptable in the IT business in the year 2012.

I am still waiting for a solution since Apple asks me to check with D&B and the latter with ther former.
