iPhone 5 wifi issues
My iPhone 5 connects to wifi networks and remembers them, but receives absolutely zero data through the network. LTE and 3G no problem... Off to the repair shop (after 3 hours of ownership...) or any ideas??
iPhone 5, iOS 6

I've done that but I still get them, I've turned them all off
what "all" have you turned off?
I've posted else where pit didn't get a reply
I've turned of all the different email notifications in preferences
My 4s is doing this as well...My son's 4 is working just fine. No changes to router and all settings are correct. It's puzzling to say the least...

I recieved my iPhone5 mid January should be DECEMBER
Sounds elegant and logical. But wouldn't one think that Apple might have explored such a simple possibility? If not, do we really have to do their jobs for them - when they get paid HOW MUCH???
Hi applenl, you are from the netherlands I suppose. As you could read in my posts it's the same story as mine in Belgium. Maybe the same serie of iPhones.
I got my iphone november 24th
Correct; I'm Dutch.
I read all the posts the past weeks and read yours too. Now 6.1 is not a solution land other iPhones5 work fine I'll go for a hardware swap.
Me too, i already informed by phone to my reseller, they need to send back the iPhone to Apple and it takes 10 to 15 days... Not easy to work 2 weeks without a mobile...
Ios 6.1 fixed the problem for me. But I upgraded my iPhone in DFU mode then I restored my backup. Seems a lot faster to reconnect from standby and no connection problem with my router.
Gunner99 - In this discussion, look at the top right of the page, under the banner. There is a box titled "Actions". Click on "Stop email notifications". That will stop them for this thread.
Hopefully you're in the small patch of fortunate people having their wifi issues resolved, fingers crossed
So after updating to 6.1, I am able to connect to the router I have set up in my room, yet I still cannot connect to my campus' WiFi. Same "unable to connect" line
