how to send a complaint email to apple?

I bought my iPhone online about one week ago and received my iPhone by today 29/Jan/2013. Unfortunately, my iPhone dosn't work and there is not any Apple store around my living area. What should I supposed to do with this problem?

I want to complaint aginst the Apple and send them a complaint email but I couldn't find any email address!

If I want to go to the nearest Apple store, I should buy a ticket worth 20 US$ to go and back to Kuala Lumpur (Capital City of Malaysia) which is 3 hours by bus. I am so angry because after a week of waiting I was so happy that finally I will get my iPhone but I received a defective Phone. And I am also wondering that why there is not any warranty card inside the box!!! 😠 😠 😠

Apple does not have any email support. You have two choices: Call AppleCare or go to an Apple store. You have a one-year hardware warranty & 90 days of phone support.

Hello.

I'm Taleh Gahramanov from Baku, Azerbaijan. On June 1, 2013 in your Baku-Azerbaijan branch "Alma Store", I bought on a credit iMac (27"/3.2QC/2x4GB/1TB/GTX675MX-1GB/WLMKB) for 2.149 AZN with a period of one year guarantee on the behalf of my friend Asgar Imamverdiev. But a week later I noticed some problems in the screen of computer and I went to Alma Store for asking about this problem. I was told that this problem happens in all computers. Afterwards the same problem happened again. I took the computer to Apple technical service in Baku and I was told that there's a serious problem in the display.

Showing my one year guarantee, I required a new computer. But I was told the following: "Wait, we'll order a detail, it will arrive in a month. So we'll repair the problematic part and will let you know. If you wish, take a computer till the arrival of spare part. When the part arrives, we'll let you know."

I don't want a repaired computer. Besides, if I wait for a month, my work will be delayed. For that reason, I ask you to susbstitude my problematic computer with a new one.

In advance thanks!

Regardless of what the people here tell you Apple are very much involved on this site it is run and supported by Apple I have just received an e.mail from Apple telling me my original post has been deleted by Apple because it did not fit in with apples idea of how the forum should be used I .E only use this if you are going to praise all Apple products my original question was only up for a few hours although it was critical of Apple it stated only the truth, Apple advised me to look at the terms and conditions of this site, unsurprisingly you could as a fully pledged Apple supporter receive awards or privileges for adhering to the golden rule do not be critical of Apple, as for sending them any kind of complaint this is also made as difficult as possible

In what way did I violate the terms and conditions I simply asked a question and then responded to an answer by another user explaining my thoughts on how Apple operate if this is violating t&c then why call it a discussion forum, I also tried to contact Apple through the feedback link you have supplied, answer was we are unable to reply to you personally but thanks for your feedback, so where do you go next if you can't speak to them through their own forum or through the feedback where next to discuss your frustration

I don't know what you posted. It's been deleted. But something about the post violated the ToS.

Feel free to repost what you posted, and I'll tell you what you did wrong.

As far as where to express your frustration? If you can't find some 'Anti-Apple' websites online, then you aren't looking hard enough.

This isn't a forum for that. It's a forum for technical assistance.

How rude I'm sorry I didn't know that.

No one is being rude to you. In fact, by letting you know that Apple isn't going to reply to you, Paul is trying to help you. Wouldn't you rather know that they won't than just get more and more frustrated waiting?

As Paul suggested, start a new thread with a properly descriptive subject line. Describe your problem What you're trying to do? What happens when you try? What error messages are you getting? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?

Best of luck.

No, it was deleted because it violated the Terms of Use, same terms you previously agreed to.

Dear Team,

I am an i-phone user and i own i-phone 6 , I'm writing this e mail pertaining to i-phone language option.

As i am an Indian i see almost all of the language option provided in i-phone like Tamil, Urdu, Telugu, Marathi etc., But why not Kannada Language ?

Kannada is one of the oldest language in this world where it has it's own rich history. If you see the trend Karnataka has 2nd top position in buying i-phones (especially Bengaluru city) and our regional language is Kannada. The requested option make us to feel proud if it is updated in next version.

Apple sells over a million iPhones in a year in India. Kindly keep this into consideration and do the needful.

Please feel free to discuss anything on this. Thanks

I bought the apple watch May last year and was very happy with it just one problem it wasn't water proof which was a downfall as i have to keep on changing watches if i had known you were going to bring a water proof one out a year later i would have waited after all it's not a cheap watch i paid £600 for the silver one i think you should do an exchange for those who wish to purchase the waterproof one as to pay out again is ridiculous i should think many people feel the same as myself with phones you know there's going to be new ones every year but the watch a year later was a bit of a kick in the teeth hopefully as a big company you could offer some kind of deal or as a good will gesture swop the watch not the strap as it is only the watch that's the problem thankyou for reading my complaint and i await your response.

You're not addressing Apple here. Numerous contact options have been given in this thread. I suggest you start from the beginning of the thread and see which one is most applicable to your issue.

Forum tip: Use standard sentence structure and, more importantly, punctuation. Reading an unpunctuated block of text is rather difficult and many people won't bother. This may deprive you of help that you need or want.

Since IPhone 7 has come out our phones updated causing nothing but severe issues. My entire family phones will not let us take pictures or download any apps. We erased everything and this message continues too appear stating not enough storage. We don't have anything on our IPhones that's taking up storage space. We shouldn't be forced into a upgrade and social media is talking about this issue everyone is experiencing. Please fix the issues with the IPhones!!!
