Don't give up. Keep on calling Apple and let them know of your issue. I don't know if Apple is finally listening or what the reason is but Apple replaced my out of warranty phone just yesterday after talking with a Apple Care Representative.

After about 4 weeks of my wifi and bluetooth not working on my 4s immediately after upgrading to iOS 7 and about 4 conversations with Apple Care and 5 Apple Store representatives who did nothing. On my final call with Apple Care Rep they finally agreed to replace my phone.

Keep calling and let them know of your problem. Don't give up!

I agree that we agree to update and acknowledge Apple's terms and conditions, but having WiFi and Bluetooth break shouldn't be my responsibility when it was clearly working prior to the update. Apple can have its terms and conditions, but unless there is action taken shortly acknowledging the issue, I fear they have lost a 35 year customer due to MY terms and conditions. It is a matter of principle, and as a person who tries to live that way, I expect others to do the same.

I will be happy to let Apple Feedback know every time I buy a new non-Apple product so they are aware of their lost revenue. I have no issue going to a Linux machine or Android phone even though Apple's products are (or were) superior in most ways. My terms and conditions are controlled by my wallet and my integrity. I feel Apple has lost in in this regard. Never thought I would hear my self say that.

It is not an actual existimg link.

It is a mere suggestion for Tim Cook to create this link as he did on the Maps issue, where he stated:

To our customers,

At Apple, we strive to make world-class products that deliver the best experience possible to our customers. With the launch of our new Maps last week, we fell short on this commitment. We are extremely sorry for the frustration this has caused our customers and we are doing everything we can to make Maps better.

.....

Everything we do at Apple is aimed at making our products the best in the world. We know that you expect that from us, and we will keep working non-stop until Maps lives up to the same incredibly high standard.

Same problem here in Australia.

I have had my iphone 4s for 18 months or so with few problems. Shortly after upgrading to ios 7 I lost wi-fi and bluetooth. I first noticed the problem as I was driving when a phone call arrived and my bluetooth was not connected. Two days later I noticed my wi-fi was not conencted at work or at home.

I went through the support forums and followed all the official advice (thank you for the links to the support information everyone) and then opened a support ticket with apple. After following the intructions I too had no luck and the wi-fi is still greyed out.

I would like to downgrade the ios as the early ios 7 adopter was able to do (previous post) but this is no longer an option. When my car service people upload new engine management software and it fails in some way, they call me back in for an update/fix (I had this situation last year with my peugeot 308 hdi). When you upgrade your iphone ios the first response seems to be that there is now a hardware fault with your phone.

I have now racked up some real costs on my phone plan as a result of no wi-fi connectivity and am interested in class actions in this regard.

After spending about 2hours with "support"... they are so sorry... I finally got a guy to agree to exchange my phone but it is not a simple process. I should bill them for my time and input to this unacceptable situation that they are so sorry about. I did not get a sure guarantee of an exchange but a good possibility. It should keep me without a phone for at least a couple of weeks. Thanks Apple.😟
