I ran both the terminal command that Linc suggested on the first page and the EtreCheck in a new link as requested. Any help would be much appreciated because its like my MBP is perma-stoned and life is in slowmo, mehhhh

I'm having some performance issues with my late 2011 MacBook Pro. Was hoping I could get a little assistance from those who have been kind enough to lend a hand to others already.
