Bug AirPlay Only sound since iOS 9

I have restored my ATV2 using an over the air restore as well as plugging into iTunes to restore.

No change. When airplaying video from Safari on my iPhone the stream cuts out as soon as the screen is locked on the phone.

Just today I tried to airplay s video from Safari and as soon as the screen locks the video cuts off. When I enter the password again it connects but only audio no video at all. All my devices are running the latest iOS.... Apple find a fix and stop ignoring this. I've even called apple support and to inform them about this and even the tech support could not figure out what was wrong and said they will look in to in. This was about 2 months ago.... This is very frustrating.

I am on iOS9 and have no problem with airplay to my ATV 2/3 or 4.

I have seen other posts from users with the iphone6 advising of a issue with "live wallpapers". If you disable them the lock screen issue went away...

im having this problem with all my iOS devices which are 2x iPad 2, 1 mini iPad, 2 iphone 6 and one iPhone 6 Plus. Dynamic wallpaper is not on. How can this issue be fixed?

I am not encountering any issues with AirPlay on any of my devices (ATV3 & ATV4, ipad4, iPhone6, iMac, airport express) so I can't share any lessons learned Rather pointing you towards others that have encountered the same and what they did to resolve it...

I am having a similar issue, using ATV3 and 6plus both upgraded with latest software (9.2 on phone) and I can't even see my ATV Airplay as an option on my phone, So i get no video or sound!

Has anyone encountered this? Any fixes for this problem? On the phone with apple tech support for now 31 minutes and nada.

Settings>General>reset>reset network settings and then restarting the phone and re-establishing the wifi connection with the network that apple TV is on fixed my issue.

i updated my iPhone 5 and iPad 4th generation yesterday. Since I did that, I have issues with AirPlay on my ATV 2. It's running on 5.2. I cannot stream video. When I do I can only hear the sound. Is it an iOS 9 bug ? I think so because yesterday on iOS 8, everything was fine...

Yes, it works again after I restored the ATV
