Tried the code it's not working for me..

been to Apple Store 2 times for the issue since 2 weeks ago. They asked for a recipe but I don't have it with me as I bought my mac air from Taiwan before I moved over to Scotland. And it may be lost cuz that's 3 years ago!

this is certainly a very big issue for apple user. And with this recipe thing is frustrating too as who will keep the recipe for so many years? That means if you don't have a recipe when problem happened to your apple product after so many years, you basically lost it for sure even its been hacked!

This just happened to my iPhone and iPad yesterday. I was able to get them both out of Lost Mode, but sadly, they are both still locked with a 6 digit passcode, which I did not set.

Has anyone had any luck unlocking an iPhone or iPad with a PIN?

How did you start a restore when there's a firmware password? (I'm on a MacBook Pro)

You need to take it to an Apple Store along with your receipt.
