Where are my apps in the new iTunes?

iTunes seem to have update itself and now my Apps have disappeared. Where are my apps in the new iTunes (v 12.7.0.166)?

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), 16 GB Ram; 480 GB SSD

Thank you all for clarifying this.
To Apple's software developers - this is literally THE DUMBEST and most ridiculous decision you guys have made. I assume Jonny Ives had nothing to do with this UI change - I'm an industrial designer myself and any self-respecting designer would never do something stupid like that. The ability to manage apps in Itunes, on my desktop, with my mouse on a large monitor wasn't just a great feature, it was essential, expected, and natural. Remember guys - when you release new updates you're supposed to make your product BETTER, NOT WORSE. You've just made it decidedly worse. And to add insult to injury, you've totally skipped any notices, explanations or anything to just clue in millions of us who updated Itunes that app management feature is gone. Talk about missing Steve Jobs' thinking when you need it.

I totally agree with you. These developers make changes, give not explanation, and the product gets worse. Even more frustrating is the fact that they don't care. This is why so many people are not afraid to switch to android. They get fed up. This is one of the dumbest changes ever. This is just lake taking the headphone jack out of the iPhone and making millions of people use that stupid adapter and not be able to charge their phone at the same time. Ugh!!!! Get with it Apple, or you are going to lose more and more customers.

on android eg my super old "note4" you can just copy paste music/movies/pictures and immediately are viewable on my phone example using VLC player. No conversion no syncing it just does it. You can even create folders just like windows explorer

All apple has going for it is aesthetics, very poorly designed options and mechanics

p.s i'm not biased i own both samsung phone tablets and apple aswell

I agree that this was an idiotic decision. How many lines of code or memory space would it have used to keep the feature to be able to actually see and move around the pages and pages of app icons on the computer? On a screen that is actually easy to see and work with a mouse instead of the assinine and clumsy method of doing it on the device itself. Clumsy should not be in the Apple dictionary!! Leave that to the Microsoft legions.

Please reinstate the access to the app pages through iTunes where one can easily and efficiently manage the layout of the iPhone's (and iPad's) multiple pages.
