iOS 11 - Clock on lock screen disappears

I already made that clear several posts earlier that the ING Widget caused my clock to disappear. Not sure why people are repeating the same solution over and over...

Having same issue on iPhone 8 with 11.0.2. Clock disappears. Reappears after restart ONLY. Nothing works when I swipe down or change zoom. It’s freaking annoying. You’d think Apple would have fixed this after the beta did the same thing.

After I upgraded to 11.0.1, my clock started disappearing. I updated to 11.0.2 and my clock starts disappearing again. C'mon Apple, get it together. I'm also not seeing any notifications and when I do, they don't clear out. This upgrade is absolutely the worst.

I am having the same issue on my 7 plus. Empty wallpaper on my lockscreen and the clock is missing. Restart/reboot/reset, none of them helped me solve the issue. Very annoying! Wanna get a fix from apple ASAP!

I WANT MINE TO DISAPPEAR!

I customize my lock screens and everything is positioned around the lock screen clock being on the left, now it’s plastered over everything I put up and it’s infuriating.

3,000 + pics ruined because I cannot move the clock!

It has been suggested to me that it could be provider related. I was loathe to believe this because it happened while I was in Indonesia and then again in Taipei. Hardly the same provider but who knows. Now in Japan, no issues for 48 hrs.

I wished for this issue to be corrected in the new ios 11.1 update! I freaking hete it as it HAS PERSISTED WITH MY 7 plus!!!!!!clock and all the notification just disappears leaving a blank screen!!! Itz better apple addresses this **** soon!it is very irritating!

Unfortunately 11.1 didn't help. I'm experiencing it pretty often on my iPhone X (GSM only), iPhone 7 (Verizon) and iPhone SE (GSM only).

The workaround of using zoomed display does not apply on iPhone X as this option does not exist for this model.

This menu sequence is not available on my iPhone SE running iOS 11.1.1

Settings -> Display -> View -> Zoomed and then Settings -> Display -> View -> Standard

I can get to Settings -> Display and Brightness, but then no "view" option and no "zoomed"

Where is Settings -> Display?

I will try this particular wallpaper, even tho I don’t like the plain black. But I’ve tried every other suggestion made on here so I might as well. Personally I think it’s not connected to any wallpaper, notification, widget, etc. it’s just a horrible bug that happens randomly. They need to address this. Period. I’m on my 4th phone now with this issue.

Turning off the raise to wake did not work for me. It was one of the first “fixes” I tried to employ.

Also, I have gone as many as 8 days before the bug happened again. So I won’t hold my breath until after I get to ten days.

Interesting. I used to use a banking widget (not Discover though) until I erased my phone and started from scratch. I haven’t had an issue since but I also haven’t added any custom widgets. I’m tempted to test this out but don’t want to eff up the phone again... If my curiosity gets the better of me I’ll come back and post my results.

Yep same here, This issue also followed me from iPhone 6s to the iPhone 8. The only conclusion I can come up with is that it might have something to do with my iTunes account because the problem comes back even when I configured my iPhone as a new iPhone.

I use my Gmail account go log into my iCloud and such. Maybe it has something to do with that? Anyone else?

I am also trying your wallpaper theory. I also never changed my wallpaper from default to custom. Now I have!

And I really hope Apple releases a software update soon because this is just really getting on my nerve. We pay so much money for an iPhone because we all love it's functionality but this is just taking waaaay to long.

I'm fighting with the same issue as you mentioned in description above. But I can't find "view-zoomed" menu in my iPhone setting. Where do I find it, Setting -> Display & Brightness -> Text size?
