yes - I tried to re-pair all my devices. My phone is not discovering the devices. Just cycles. I can see it discovering other devices (none of mine)....I have powered it off several times as well to restart. Is there a setting I need to click that I am unaware of? I didnt have this problem with any other phone.

my Bower&Wilkins P7 headphones used to auto connect with my iPhone 7, now, with my updated and more expensive iPhone X I can’t do this anymore and need to manually connect every time my headphones to my photo. Lame...

99.9% of these Bluetooth issues arise from devices which were previously paired with a device, and subsequently not properly paired with the new device. It could be that the previous device is nearby and your P7's are trying to connect to it. It could be that you didn't clear the memory on the P7 before you paired with your new phone. But it's usually (no offense) a user created issue.

You need to do some troubleshooting.

1. Is the old phone still in your possesion? If yes, have the old phone forget the P7

2. Did you factory reset the P7 before you paired it with your new phone?

3. Did you precisely follow the direction provided by B&W on pairing the headphones to your new phone?

4. If all else fails contact B&W and ask them for help.

I followed my advice to pair my Parot Zik 3.0, which were previously paired to my iPhone 6 and I've had no issues whatsoever connecting automatically to my iPhone X every time I turn them on.

I just reset my phone and it did not help. I still cannot connect any audio functions to my Bluetooth sound link except a phone call. I have been using my phone through my car and on both of my Bose devices since I’ve had the phone. As of today it won’t play any audio. It’s connected, I can hear a phone call through it but not iTunes Pandora Spotify…Except a phone call. What can I do when I have already reset everything.

I am having same issues with my iPhone X and mind you this is my replacement phone (the first one had issues with Face ID ). I have terrible problems with Apple car play it keeps randomly connecting and disconnecting, same with my AirPods, dropping calls so annoying to the point that now I disable the Bluetooth when driving. First I thought it was a problem with my car. I took it to BMW dealership and have it serviced, they said they checked everything and everything is working fine. Then I tried to pair my wife’s iPhone 8 with the car and it worked perfectly, so I know it’s my phone. Now it drops AirPods on and off if not playing anything. I am to the point where I am considering switching to Samsung

Have you taken it in to your local Apple Store for diagnosis? As it's an X, it's still under warranty.

Just because it's a replacement doesn't mean the replacement isn't faulty in some way; it unfortunately happens, it's just the luck of the draw as is the case with all consumer electronics, yes including Samsung.

Just one example:

I'm having the same issue. My Garmin Speak/Alexa device is set to talk through my phone to my car via Bluetooth - keeps failing to do so. I cannot pair my Plantronics Voyager Headset (doesn't even see it). I'm on 11.4 IOS, and I *just* got the device a couple of days ago. I had to reset both my Garmin & my phone just for it to SEE the Garmin Speak - my iPhone 7 did not have this issue.

When does IOS 12 come out and does it resolve this? Anyone know?
