people cant hear me on calls on iphone x

Well I am on my fourth iPhone X regarding this issue. If apple will not acknowledge the issue I am going to make them keep sending me phones. Probably won't fix the issue but it will cost them. It is amazing that we as humans can build a phone with so many bells and whistles, but some where during the development process we lost sight of whether you can even place a phone call on the device. Amazing, a thousand dollar phone that you cannot call someone on, how does this happen?

Funny but lousy for all of us with voice clarity problems. Phone is great with the exception of using it like a normal human being. Just switched from Verizon to Sprint and sadly the same muffled, cutting in and out is the same.

Thank you for the info. I am holding the case as suggested, it’s a bit awkward but the sound quality on the other end of the conversation is a remarkable improvement.

Yes we tried everything....noise cancellation and reset everything all networks same problem on all phones.

I am having the exact same issue! So frustrating!! I have had the phone for a week and absolutely cant stand that virtually everyone I speak with can barely hear me!

No. I am with Verizon. Curious as to why the people say it is so clear when I swap it to speaker phone. Wouldn’t it be the same mic?
