people cant hear me on calls on iphone x

For me, I discovered the problem is my Tech21 case - the openings at the bottom are angled away fro the front - using a razor I carefully opened them up a little - totally solved the problem

Exactly. The case. And in my case was a Guess case with all the speakers opened. It was to take off the case and everything solved.

I thought it was law that if it’s not 100% working when you buy something, they have to give you a refund , l hope they do because I’m getting so fed up with mine 😡

They wouldn't return my calls and refused to repair this issue for me. I have cut my losses and sold the phone.

I just bought my i8 on Sunday the 25th and have had two issues with people hearing me. I haven’t had time to buy a case so that is not the issue here.

No, I’m not. It’s just frustrating. Don’t know what else to do. People end up hanging up on me because they can’t hear me. Annoying!! 😡😡

I'd suggest making a Genius Bar appointment and going for three but set it up and test it while you are there. And is that happening at all locations where you make/take calls?

Yes, it happens at home and work. I will definitely make an appointment and see what can be done.
