Don’t do it, I have an A1865 iPhone X on Verizon and I’m getting really horrible reception even after my replacement today. It must be a hardware issue. I’m going to upgrade to an iPhone 8 lol

My phone was doing the same. I turn it off and turned back and on, followed by and software up date .

Full bars on Verizon’s service and 0.29mb/s speed. Something is wrong

I too would like to know if the 8 is better. Might be the antenna design. I live in Las Vegas and I’m getting terrible reception in different parts of the city

The same here. Apple reset my phone and I am using WiFi calling and STILL having a problem. This is frustrating.

I got a replacement phone in hopes that it would work. It didn’t do anything with the change though

Indeed my I phone x has similar problems dropped calls in combination with indoor mobile range extenders .

Apple support has been worthless for months now.

Other phones don’t have the same problem.

On my second, it’s a constant issue, have re set several times and had a new handset, seems to be a hardware issue.
