Logic Pro 10.4.0 moving regions bug?

I don’t know if this is supposed to happen, but every time I move or duplicate a region, it doesn’t go to where I want it to go and other regions get moved from their places too. This started happening since last Logic's update and happens on every new project I create, previous projects don’t seem to have this issue.

Is this a new setting added in the last update (which would explain why previous projects don’t present this problem) or is this a bug?

If this is a setting, how can I fix it? If a bug, what can I do?

Looks like you have Shuffle mode engaged.

Set the Drag mode to Overlap or No overlap instead.
