Have an old ipad I need to restore and not having much luck downloading the ios through iTunes. Looking for a direct link to download the ios. Every time I do a google search I come to this link Download iOS 9.0 - 9.3.5 Information But can not find a link to click on to download the ios. Please help Thank you

Apple keeps its iOS (and OSX) versions under tight control. You download them as part of restoring or upgrading iOS on a mobile device, not downloading an installer the way you can do with applications such as iTunes. You are only given the option of the highest available iOS version compatible with the device you have, so you'll only get 9-something if you have a pretty old phone such as my 4S.
