It's working as expected here too, on all apps including third party. If it's not present on your contextual menu even with Mac default apps you might try rebuilding LaunchServices:

Launch Terminal Triple click anywhere on the following line to copy entire line then at the prompt copy & paste this command: Then press return. Wait for the cursor to return to the command line.

The Wacom drivers in the EtreCheck report are from 2016. There are at least drivers from Dec 2017. Even then, that doesn't mean they are compatible with High Sierra 10.13.3.

Have you tried restarting?

Try booting in Safe Mode then rebooting normally.

Contextual menus work fine for me with all 5 of my Macs running High Sierra.

If that does help, please install EtreCheck and post the report.

You did not say whether the problem persists while you are in safe mode. If the problem goes away while in safe mode that suggests the possibility of third party software incompatibility. If the problem persists while in safe mode that suggests a more fundamental cause within your system. Also, you can help narrow things down by logging in as a different user (e.g., Guest) and seeing if the problem persists.

For something like Wacom software, delete isn't sufficient. You must uninstall the modifications it makes to the system. Use the uninstaller or instructions provided by the developer. It is entirely possible it is something else causing the problem, that is just the most likely cause because it alters the standard mouse behavior.

The symantec software should be uninstalled.

The wacom software should be updated.

Since the problem appears to be input-related, my most immediate suspicion is an interference by the old wacom drivers on mouse input.

You say you don’t have admin powers so ask whoever has to fix this fof you.

I am currently using macOS High Sierra v10.13.3. It doesn't have any such issues. I can right-click and press control+click, both work fine. I will get back to you ASAP I find the way.

Okay two things, they have no drivers listed for 10.13.3, only 10.13. The ones you have installed were installed 10/2016, the current drivers are from 12/2017. Drivers | Wacom

I noticed you have the pref pane Perian (from 2011) installed. It no longer functions and should be removed.

Good point, Barney! It seemed like it was being selected because of the solid color, but I didn't take note of the white rectangle.

It might sort itself out when you update the third-party software that is causing the problem.
