Can't install iTunes

I've recently had to do a recovery of my Windows 10 and had to re-install iTunes. I've downloaded the installer but I get an error every time I try to install iTunes. This happens even when I run it as administrator. Here is the error message:

An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT.type="win32.version="8.0.50727.6195".publicKeyToken="1fc8b3 b9a1e183b".processorArchitecture="amd64"'. Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80073715.

How can I resolve this and get my iTunes back?
