How does the apple watch know that I'm in a wheelchair (I am)

Hi


If you have not yet set up the Activity app, then whether or not you use a wheelchair is one of the questions that you will answer when configuring the app:


Track daily activity


Otherwise, to check and, if required, to change your wheelchair setting:


  • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Health - check the setting for Wheelchair.
  • If the setting for Wheelchair currently states "Not Set" or "No", then tap on Edit (upper-right) > tap on the current setting and change it to "Yes" (options are shown in the bottom area of the screen) > tap on Done (upper-right).
