I have made a short movie in Final Cut Pro X and transferred it to DVD. Although I have no chapters, a little book image appears on my DVD menu. Can I get rid of this?

I have made a 10 minute movie in Final Cut Pro X and burned it to DVD. I do not have chapters. I have a background picture with title overlay made in Photoshop as my Menu page. When I play the DVD on TV a small white cartoon of a book appears on the lower right side of the screen. Can I get rid of this?

When you click on the little book icon, does it change to a house looking icon?

Do you see anything after you click on the book icon?

There is no storyline at 4:57 unless it’s above or below the visible timeline area.

I still have no idea why FCP X thinks a Chapter Marker is there.

My guess there is something quirky with the Pastel Slide Long clip.

My suggestion is to delete it and then replace with a new one.

Further note: I replaced the separated clip with the original one. Book still appears on the menu. I think I'll just have to learn to love it.
