e mail and text problem from installing IOS 11.2.6

Is your storage full? Check Settings > General > iPhone Storage and be certain your free space never falls below 10% of your total storage space.

Reset the iPhone. Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

I’ have plenty of storage avail., have rebooted my 6S plus multiple times & restored. My screen freezes in favorites list & contacts so am unable to make calls. Apple store replaced my 6S plus battery under the $29 program 2 wks ago (I had iOS 9.3.5 & didn’t want to upgrade). Unfort. days later I found out they damaged my receiver speaker so had to go back to the store & they had to replace my screen (n/c but they don’t cover cost of your new screen protector). They neglected to tell me they had to install iOS 11.2.6. Here I am again w/my 3rd problem in 2.5 wks. & wish I had never replaced my battery. I’ve now spent over $75, have less storage due to the iOS upgrade & now my phone has more probs than I had before. UGH.

Same issue. Mostly happens when selecting a word for correction...the scren then becomes unresponsive to tap anywhere on the message. Only able to type where cursor was. Keyboard still works / send /cancel works too

I had the same issue. Back up the iPhone (very important). Then wipe the phone (settings/general/reset/Erase all Contents and settings).

Then restore from back up. This worked for me.

I checked the storage - fine. I did the reset - nothing - same problem exists on iPhone 6s and 2 mini iPads!

I am having the same issue. Really frustrating when you attempt to use the phone function and it fails to work properly. This will be a bad thing to have happen in an emergency situation!
