I have a blue outline box bouncing from app to app on my Apple TV screen

I see many comments about a blue box bouncing from app icon to app icon on iPhones. My iPhone has never done that.

However, I do have a two-color blue outline box doing what sounds like that same thing on my Apple TV! The fix for the iPhone is to turn off Voice-Over. I see no Voice-Over feature in my Apple TV settings. Can anyone tell me why it's there and how to get rid of it?

I thought of doing a factory reset, but would rather try something else first, rather than lose all my subscription info or other things in Apple TV memory. It comes and goes, but it drives me up the wall.

Thanks!

Leonard

Greetings, Leonard!
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with a blue outline box on your Apple TV due to Voiceover being on and I am happy to help out! I would start with following these steps to Turn VoiceOver on or off on your Apple TV to turn off Voiceover on your Apple TV.
Let me know the results and have a great day!
