This is not acceptable I paid £18 for Delivery prior to 9.30 on Wednesday 7th As go away Thursday morning at 7.00am. So will not be home to accept delivery On the date you have given me which is 8th March This is totally unacceptable

I know it is annoying and I commiserate, we're just letting you know there's nothing we as other users like you can do about this. Many people skim over the terms when they sign up for this support site and miss that this is a user to user site, not a way to communicate with Apple.

Apple Support Communities is primarily an end-user to end-user (i.e., users like you helping other users) technical issue support feature. Feedback for Apple will likely get more attention if you send it using: http://www.apple.com/feedback/ - Apple products feedback links

Take that up with the delivery service. Once it leaves from Apple, the delivery service is in charge of the delivery.

Also, you are not addressing Apple here, this is a user to user support forum, and Apple does not participate here. No one here would be able to address your concerns, other that as I said to check with the delivery service.
