Very quiet from something else than Apple Music

Hello

I have purchased a HomePod today. I have seen many reviews about this product but I didn't see anybody who was talking about my problem.

I have noticed that the sound from HomePod is much much quieter from Spotify/youtube/netflix and everything else than from Apple Music. It works great with Apple Music and I don't have a bad word to say about it but literally... When I stream music from anything else it's really quiet. Is it normal and common problem? Is it just a bug and will be fixed in the next updates or it should be like that to use only Apple Music? As I did a comparison between my tv LG b7 and HomePod - my TV was louder using youtube...

Hey TT2,

This is a problem I have as well. I just posted that Asking Siri via Apple Music to play a song vs. using the AirPlay feature, AirPlay severely reduces the quality of music. You seem to be at the Top tier of HomePod info so is there anyway we can ask Apple to look into this? I love love my HomePod but this is def a first generation issue I think
