A setting to delay videos and photos from pushing to iCloud!

I would LOVE a way to do this! I love having my photos in iCloud? But I edit product images like crazy from my phone and it drives me nuts how fast the sync is now, I spend 1/3 of my editing time waiting for my images to come back out of the cloud so I can keep editing them. It would be nice if there was like a “delay sinc” button that lasted a set amount of time or something. But I have yet to find this.
