HP 5746 printer

My printer prints fine but not color. The test page prints color when installing a new cartridge but when printing from anything else its only B&W.

iMac, iOS 10.3.3

If you haven't done so already, try resetting the printing system.

My HP ENVY 6455e printer won't print color on my iMac Mojave version 10.14.6 I work on an iMac using MojaveOS version 10.14.6 and recently I had to replace my older HP printer for an new one. I now am using an HP ENVY 6455 e. I am able to print black and white but not color. I have tried going through the HP site but no one seems to be able to help me remedy this problem. I am at wits end in trying to resolve this issue. Can someone give me some sound advice?
