4K Display w/ MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
I'm confused about what I'm reading on various website pages...
Can I attach a 4K monitor to my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) and get the full 4K resolution?
The particular monitor I am looking at has HDMI & DisplayPort connectors. My MacBook Pro has an HDMI connector and 2 Thunderbolt 2 ports.
I'm reading in some places the HDMI connection won't supply the full 4K resolution. True? Other places suggest that a Mini DisplayPort connector will plug right into the Thunderbolt 2 port and supply the 4K resolution. Since the monitor has a "full size" DisplayPort, would an adaptor on that plugged into the Thunderbolt 2 port work?
