iMac suddenly started running very slow

My iMac has started running very slow. i am not sure what the issue is but below is a report when i ran etrecheck.

Go to the App Store then select Updates from the menu. Updating to 10.3.3 might help.

com.adobe.AdobeCreativeCloud.plist (? faec172d - installed 2016-11-04) < from your report. MIght be slowing your Mac down as well as the Launchd: ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.yourcompany.uninstall.plist that helper Old Toad mentioned.
