iCloud on my Mac High Sierra is not syncing. I logged out and re-logged in did not work. I also reinstalled High Sierra also no effect. Drive is working perfectly on my iPhone and iPad. Not sure why it suddenly stopped working on my Mac. Any help would be appreciated.
Following up: After looking at the logs, Apple decided that they needed to reset my iCloud account on their end. It doesn't appear that I lost any data. After they did this, I signed out of iCloud completely on my MacBook (not just iCloud Drive) and logged back in. Once I poked it by uploading a file, everything seemed to work properly again.
So Spent another hour on the phone with Apple with still no solution. They have escalated the case and a technician is looking into to it. I hope soon I will know.
Well, at least they are still looking for a solution. I posted on twitter asking if anyone could help, but no reply - not that I was holding out much hope from there.
Still not solved but they in stalled some iCloud trouble shooting profile on my Mac for the technicians to monitor. Tomorrow I will get another callback. Maybe that can now find out why.
They did the same thing with me. They added a profile then took some logs. I hope they find an answer soon.
Ulysses was the app I was using that I noticed things were not working. At first I though it was Ulysses then realized iCould was the problem. on My iOS devices no problem.

I just tried turning iCloud drive on again... and hey, it's working... I have done nothing. In shock, but happy 🙂
Still not had any logs taken from me. But, the investigation is still in progress. Let's hope something can be found. It seems there are more of us with the issue.
I feel your pain - Ulysses was one of the apps I was really enjoying using but now can't, or not as intended 😐
