Force Mail to reload - "message has no content" issue

I've got a few emails today that have no content where the body of the text normally goes. However, on my iPhone I see the messages just fine. Is there anyway to reload these emails? Right now, it seems to be just a few emails (three emails) that have this problem - these are all from gmail. Preferably, a solution without having uninstall/reinstall Mail or other lengthy/complicated procedures.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)
