I just updated my iPhone last week. But I can't seem to make call without the other person being able to hear me and me not hear them. Please tell me how to fix this issue.

Dear all!
If you are having the same problem as disscussed above, please find a professional iPhone repair store and ask them to check the audio IC, it’s a tiny little chip on the mother board.
I got my iPhone 7 Plus audio IC replaced today for ¥400 (around US$60), and the problem is solved! All phone functions back to normal, phone calls normal, voice memo working, etc.
Tips: If your phone is still under warranty, please search help from Apple Store. If not, get the audio IC checked, and most likely it will work for you as well.
Again, this is not a software problem, it’s the hardware issue, another new update won’t fix it!

Thanks for the photo. It will take a number of people to get a class action going. We can do it.
We had some 6 as backups. They still work. Both of my kids 7+ went bad. We have turned off updates.

I am experiencing the same issue. Called various numbers . Had some one next to me call me. Rang I answered pers could not hear me. I called his number called same wasssup apple help

Hi I am facing same issue on 7 plus (ios 13.3). I spoke to customer care and they are saying i need to take backup of my data and do factory reset. Does reset help?
Iphone 7 Plus user checking in. Having the same issue, speaker greyed out and cannot make phone calls with the phone. Voice memos and Siri do not work either. What the **** is going on?
Post below are from 2018, its 2020 and I have a 7s and this just started two days ago to my company phone, I have the latest update 13.3.1 what's the fix APPLE!
