Itunes videos keep flickering when viewed

Hello, I'm currently trying to watch a movie on my MacBook Pro. However, when the video Is in full screen it flickers. I've never had this issue with video anywhere else, its simply with iTunes videos. if I have a iTunes video thats not in full screen, this problem isn't present. I'm not sure how to describe the flickering, it feels like the image is shifted up or to the side. It only lasts a split second, before returning back to its original spot. any help is truly appreciated.

version 10.13.14 high sierra

macbook pro 15in ,2016

iTunes 12.7.4.76

Happens on macbook pro fullscreen iTunes videos, but not when played on a TV screen through HDMI.

Guess I'll switch to another movie provider.

Yep. I have had the same problem since updating to the latest iOS and iTunes. I even did a clean reinstall to see if that helped. It didn't.

Mojave beta still same issue 😟

I think it's a software issue because on my apple tv they work. I think iTunes is the problem.

I can confirm that this issue is solved as of MacOS High Sierra v10.13.6.
