Unable To Download Extensions. Help

I don't know what happened. I just restarted my Macbook and opened up Safari to find all my extensions gone. I went to the extensions page to download again but am unable to do so. I go to the Develop menu to find "disable extensions" check marked. I click on it but it's unresponsive. I'm unable to remove the check mark from "disable extensions". Any ideas?

Did you tried to follow the articles , also in system library - click on finder > Go > computer > Macintosh Hd > Library > Extensions - try to delete the items ( but before doing consult apple support senior advisors ) .Also in user library macOS Sierra: Library folder

The contents of folders caches , cookies , saved application state are deleted into the trash , restart the Mac and empty the trash .
