boot camp usb There is not enough space available on the disk.

Similar to many others, I am not able to create the bootable USB using BC. I get the above message. I am trying only to load the 64bit version of the iso (file size 3.3 gb) on to a 16 gb Kingston usb. I've everything I've read online yet still getting the error. I've tried 3 different Kingston usbs, ranging in size from 8 to 32 gb. Nothing seems to work.


Any suggestions would be appreciated.


My next step is to wipe my entire iMac drive, reinstall HS, and start over but I thought I would check here before doing that.
