why cant my iphone connect to intunes?

My screen says iPhone disabled connect to iTunes but when I tried to connect to iTunes it said errorx0000015 not sure if those are the exact numbers but that's what came up.

See If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support and/or Get help with iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support.
