Transcode only proxy media that isn't rejected?

I know its a long shot but I was wondering if there was some sort of way to only transcode the media I have that is not rejected. I need a small 2-minute clip from 3 hours of footage and I don't want to wait for the entire thing to transcode. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm open to any help!

Export the two minutes as ProRes 422 and reimport it. You’ll have a piece of original media in the optimized format. Make sure you switch back to original media before you export. Don’t export the proxy file.
