Can’t login Apple ID Iphone5

I’m using 1 Icloud and Apple ID for 2 iphone: 6s(ios 11.4) and ip5(ios 8.1). My ID have 2 step password login.

After restore my ip5, I can not log in Apple ID again.

After press Login button in ip5, my ip6s show up the code to login. In ip5, it show a pop up that I have to imput code to login, but only have a OK button, don’t have any box to import the code.

I also have another question: the code only send to my ip6s. What happen if i lost this phone? I can login my laptop to lock the lost phone but if i buy another Iphone, how can I login my icloud again???
