'Install or remove windows 7 or later version' option greyed out

I have a macOS 10.13.6, and I'm trying to use bootcamp to install Windows 10, and the install or remove windows 7 or later version option is greyed out. Bootcamp Assistant version is 6.1.0.

I made some mistakes the first time trying to install windows 10, and accidentally erased my MacBook Air, and restored it 3 months ago. It was around 2015 when I first got my laptop.

Can anyone help me on this?

In Bootcamp.xml, can you check the version of the Intel GPU driver?

Is there an exact name of it? I found 2 Intel(R) HD Graphics, which was 10.18.14.4243 and 10.18.10.3345

You should have an Intel directory under $WinPEDriver$ and one under Drivers. Can you check and verify?

Yes, you will need to replace the Intel folder contents.

Same black screen. I copied the downloaded one to the flash drive, and black screen after the windows logo appears and right after it says setting up 25%.
