Are your iOS app icons overlapping each other? Any solutions?

Just yesterday, my iPhone app icons started overlapping each other. If I start on the home screen, they’re fine, but if I swipe to secondary screens (i.e. swipe left or right), the new icons will overlap the previous ones. It also started happening to my wife’s iPhone and my sons ipad. It also started happening on other friend’s iPhones (not part of our “family” in iCloud). Anyone else have this problem, or a solution for it?
