Hi OT,
Do you think I should remove my email, and access them directly via the providers website rather than the mail app?
Do you know why iWeb initially appears to be 'opening' but the window that would display websites never appears?
Do you think deleting 'cashes' has caused this problem?
Is there a way to access the 'last 12hour built in memory' or is this what the 'cashes' do?
I really hope to hear from you.
Best wishes.

Hi OT,
Thank you for getting back to me.
In answer to your questions:
- I have 5.93GB of free space.
- In ‘Safe Mode’: iWeb icon on the dock bounces. ‘Opening’ progress bar is displayed but the window containing websites does not appear at all. If I select, iWeb I can view the display windows of ‘Format’, ‘Arrange’, ‘View’, ‘Window’, ‘Help’.
In ‘file’ however, the options are mainly grayed out apart from, ’page setup’, ‘close’ and ’google Adsenes’ which I view ‘find’, ‘spelling’ and, ‘emojis and symbols’.
- In ‘normal mode’: same as above, when attempting to launch iWeb, a progress bar stating ‘opening’ displays but no window for iWeb opens. The other windows of text, colour, layout etc open when selected.
- Re. cookies and cashes: I ‘selected all’ and deleted. Then restarted computer. Recovery files are currently present in trash. Prior to this whole situation I would regularly have ‘recovery files’ in the trash.
