Stuck in Podcasts Connect Loop

This question was addressed in May of 2018, and for the user how posted the question providing a credit card connection with their AppleID was all they needed. However, I have a valid A-ID, and a valid card, that I receive bills on each month for some years now. I have even entered the verification code to trust my computer, and even both browsers I use have been placed on the "Trusted" list. With all this said and done, I still am stuck in the loop, iTunes Connect > Podcasts Connect > iTunes Connect.

Any assistance that will resolute in a satisfactory outcome would be much appreciated.

You can only get a podcast into the iTunes Store through Podcasts Connect. However you can perfectly well give people the feed URL and they can subscribe manually in iTunes - this is independent of the Store. They subscribe from the File menu.

This problem has affected a lot of people. It's been reported that Apple are aware and investigating it.

Are there other ways to get our podcasts onto iTunes, if this is not working? Or is this way "Podcasts Connect" just a way to do it directly through Apple?
