Missing Drivers for Win 7 - Bluetooth & Wifi

I certainly could... but I would prefer not to since I use my mbp with OSX much more than windows.

I bought an $8 adapter that works fine with win 7. $8 is worth less than mine time spent trying to fix this.

Same result.

Thinking of just buying a cheap usb wifi adapter...

The system report has the following for Bluetooth & Wifi:

Bluetooth:

Broadcom

Chipset: 20703A1

Firmware Version: v161 c4811

Wifi:

Card Type: AirPort Exteme (0x14E4, 0x133)

Firmware Version: Broadcomm BCM43xx 1.0 (7.77.37.31.1a9)

The card I installed is a BCM943602CS Wireless Card for Apple A1398, A1425, A1502.

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

This is the same for the Bluetooth USB Host Controller.

Edit: FWIW, when I installed Win 8.1 via boot camp. I didn't have any issues like this.

Edit 2: I was able to get my thunderbolt to ethernet adapter working. So I have some access to internet now if that helps with troubleshooting at all.

Windows Update wasn't any help. Apple Software Update installed the bluetooth driver so now there is just one device without a driver: "Network Controller".

Apple Software Update also had a Wifi Update for Bootcamp. However, it gave the following error message: "Wifi update for bootcamp" has an invalid signature. It will not be installed.

Now, it is no longer an option under Apple Software Update.

Edit: Now searching for the driver yields the following error -

Windows encountered a problem installing the driver for your device

Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it.

Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter

The system cannot find the file specified.

Done. No change.

The new hardware install pops up in the system tray as if it's trying to install the driver. But then it fails: No driver found.

If I extract the exe using winrar, I can use the "Have Disk" to point it to bcmwl6.inf. That gives me the following Model options:

Selecting any of these installs but results in: This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Tried it. Got this error when selecting the inf in the win 8 folder:

“The folder you specified doesn’t contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for x64-based systems.”
