Missing Drivers for Win 7 - Bluetooth & Wifi

I'm installing Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit on my mid 2012 MBP Retina. I've used Bootcamp 5.1.5621.

Everything goes smoothly except in Device Manager, I've got two listings:

Bluetooth USB Host Controller

Network Controller

Obviously, without an internet connection, I can't try to use Windows Update to search for the drivers.

Also, on this MBP Retina, I've upgraded the wifi card to the AC model in later MBPs.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

Go to Install Windows 7 on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support and find the model that is closest in year to your Mac, verify that Systems Requirements section is for the specific model where the card came from, download the specific BC5.x driver package to a USB2 flash drive, do not install the entire set, but find the Broadcom folder and run only that specific driver installer.

Do not use any BC6.x drivers.

The 0x133 card also shows up in Model Identifier: MacBookPro12,1. Use Brigadier (https://github.com/timsutton/brigadier) with the "-m" qualifier and download the BC package for this identifier. Open the .dmg file and extract the files to a USB2 Flash drive, switch to Windows, right-click on the unknown wifi adapter, and click on Update Driver -> Have Disk and point it to Drivers -> Broadcom -> appropriate INF on the USB2 and test.

I highly recommend a Windows System Restore point prior to such experimentation.

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

This is the same for the Bluetooth USB Host Controller.

Edit: FWIW, when I installed Win 8.1 via boot camp. I didn't have any issues like this.

Edit 2: I was able to get my thunderbolt to ethernet adapter working. So I have some access to internet now if that helps with troubleshooting at all.

Windows Update wasn't any help. Apple Software Update installed the bluetooth driver so now there is just one device without a driver: "Network Controller".

Apple Software Update also had a Wifi Update for Bootcamp. However, it gave the following error message: "Wifi update for bootcamp" has an invalid signature. It will not be installed.

Now, it is no longer an option under Apple Software Update.

Edit: Now searching for the driver yields the following error -

Windows encountered a problem installing the driver for your device

Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it.

Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter

The system cannot find the file specified.

Done. No change.

The new hardware install pops up in the system tray as if it's trying to install the driver. But then it fails: No driver found.

If I extract the exe using winrar, I can use the "Have Disk" to point it to bcmwl6.inf. That gives me the following Model options:

22 11a/b/g/n Wireless LAN PCI Express Half Mini Card Adapter

Broadcom 802.11 Multiband Network Adapter

Broadcom 802.11a Network Adapter

Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter

Broadcom 802.11b Network Adapter

Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter

Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter

Selecting any of these installs but results in: This device cannot start. (Code 10)
