My Books disappeared

I had many Books in iBooks, now are gone.

What I changed is that I signed in, in iCloud with a different Apple ID ( to locate a lost iPhone ).

I did sign out and sign back in, in iCloud Drive from System Preferences in my iMac, nothing.

I did click in iBooks on System Preferences -> iCloud -> Manage iCloud Drive and some of the books are back but not all of them.

I did restore to 2 days ago with Cmd-R in Startup, nothing changed at all.

Any options here ?
