Logic X will not search sounds in sub-folders

I used to be able to drag my folder of sound effects that lives on an external G-Drive. I would leave online when I did my sound design. I was able to search every folder in that folder of effects. Now it seems that I have to drill down and open each and every individual folder of effects to the loop browser in order to search in it. That is a definite bummer for me. I like the way it would index in the previous version. Just drag a folder in the loop browser and search. If there were multiple folders in that folder, it didn't matter because it would search files that lived in the main folder, whether it was in sub-folders or not. Is there a work around?

Thank you,

Hi JotaGi, that is not the case with my external sound effects drive. I have a master folder that says Sound Effects and in that folder I have sub folders of different catalogued libraries. In those libraries I have sub-folders of different effects. I drag in the master folder and I type in for example, Gun Shots, and nothing populates in the search list. In the previous version, it works just as I described? Now when I load sub-folders, it works but that is clunky and time consuming/waisting. That would be a detriment for anyone. Your thoughts?
