Bootcamp issues on first install

Hello all,

I have just purchased a new macbook pro 2018, and i'd installed windows 10 with bootcamp assistant.

The first installation worked fine and all, but when i wanted to switch back to MacOS with the bootcamp assistant on windows.. I selected MAC and hit on restart, after which it did restart and all, but i could not move my mouse on the macbook's login page and could not do anything.

I was twas forced to restart on recoveryOS. I am looking to resolve this so I can switch seamlessly between macOS and Windows. Thank you very much for any help.
