Need Help From The Masterminds

Myself Benzir Ahmed, I'm using MacBook Pro 2017 13'' model since August 3, 2018. Last night I did shutdown it as usually I do. In the morning when I turn on it, I see this screen. I can't log in to my account. How did the guest users come I don't know. When I click on my account or guest account, nothing comes. Even I can't sleep, shutdown or restart it by clicking. Now how can I get rid of it?

Does a box appear asking for the password if you click on your user account?

What if you try using the left and right arrow keys? Does you account highlight? If it does then try pressing the Return key, does it then show the password box?

It could be the computer is 'crashed' or at least partially. You can forcibly turn it off by holding down the Power button on the computer for at least five seconds. Then try turning it back on and seeing it it behaves better.
