Cannot see Screen time usage for kids

When in the Screen Time area of Settings, I can see in my Family section, all of my kids listed. However, when i click on each of them, while I can adjust their settings, I see no actual usage data an only see "As this device is used, screen time will be reported here". AND the settings that I've setup are not actually working on their devices.

I believe this was fixed in 12.1 . I have 3 kids and only one is on 12.1. I see his usage now. The other 2 I don't see their usage but they are on 12.0.1. I'm installing 12.1.1 now on their phones. My own phone is on 12.1 Not sure if that matters.

Originally, I had the same issues for all 3 phones. I saw usage in the first couple days and then it vanished for good.

Yes, Screentime has been really annoying. There are a few issues:

- Screentime stats often not viewable on parent device (despite device restart etc)

- Screentime sometimes no longer blocks access after the time limit has expired. Only noticed when kids were using their iPads for ages. This can be fixed by deleting the limits and saving new limits.

- Some apps mascarade in the ‘Education’ category (eg Peak brain trainer). It’s really a game, so the work around is set on limit for all categories, and then have permanent exceptions for the educational apps.

- Safari website limits are difficult to set up.

- Apps often seem to count towards a limit even after the user has finished using them eg the kids use an app for a short while and we got out for the day, and the system thinks it has been used continually for the whole day.

- Some app data seems corrupted. Sometimes claims my kids have been using the BBC Sport app for hours, even though it isn’t installed on their devices.

Certainly still feels like a Beta a service at the moment - but it really will be a game changer when it works.

I've initiated and turned off and reinitiated screen time 3 times, to no avail. It tracked for a week, and now I can not see the activity on my phone. The limits still take effect though and it is tracked on my kids' iPad devices.

The other issue I am having is that if you set a child to share across devices, the tracking is FUBAR. For instance, my child has an iPad and an iPhone. If I select iPad, I would see half-way decent data. If I select iPhone, I would see another data set. If I select "All Devices", the report is in no way correlated to either device. You would expect the totals for a given app to be equal to iPad + iPhone usage for that app, but it is not even close.

This whole thing has been a disappointment. Apple, come on -- you need to up your game here.

I have the same issue. The first time it was setup I could see details of what my 2 kids were doing on their devices but a couple of days later when I tap on my kids names for details it just says that details will appear here as they use their device. My wife has the same problem on her phone too. Something has gone wrong here. Apple is this a known issue? will this be fixed? Anything?
