Netflix Error Code: S7363-1260-FFFFD089 Mac Mojave

Hi, I'm using a 2016 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and I just updated to Mac Mojave and now I can't watch Netflix with safari. I keep getting Error Code: S7363-1260-FFFFD089. Netflix works with chrome just not with safari. Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2016, 4 TBT3), macOS Mojave (10.14)

Hi everyone,

I talked to Apple Support on Twitter this day and I think we’ve finally fixed it. I copy/paste their exact words below:

“This is a step we'd like to walk you through. Please boot back into the macOS Recovery partition. From the Utilities window that opens, choose Terminal. Type in the following command and then press Return. Be mindful of the space between nvram and the beginning of the rest of the command. nvram 8be4df61-93ca-11d2-aa0d-00e098032b8c:epid_provisioned=%01%00%00%00 Once entered and you've pressed Return on your keyboard, quit Terminal, restart your Mac and test”

(You get into Recovery Partition by holding Command + R just after you hit your power button at startup. Then enter Terminal somewhere via the menu in the upper part of the screen.)

So I did this exact thing. Then told them it worked, but that I was wondering what I just did. This was there answer:

“You reset the NVRAM, internally. From this point forward, anytime you need to reset the NVRAM it will have to be done with this command.”

Let me know if this worked for you as well!

Do you still have this problem? I also updated to Mojave few weeks ago but just discovered I too have this problem (Didn’t use Netflix on my MacBook earlier). Can’t watch videos in iTunes either.

If you Google for this problem, you will find some discussions in which people are talking about dhcp problem and a fix/workaround using some terminal command in save mode etc.

Point is that you are the only person I can find who also has this problem on Mojave, just like me.

Are there any more people?

By the way, this is happening on a Touch Bar 2017 model. I also have one without Touch Bar (for work) and that one is working fine.

Hmm. I have Mojave version 10.14 and Safari 12.0 . But this is definitely a Safari problem. I tried everything , even reset to factory and all that but on the same latest OS and Safari version . Everything works fine in Chrome/Firefox but not in Safari. So i have asked Apple for help and they are going to call me tomorrow to try to troubleshoot this. I don't want to switch using other browsers all the time based on what i want to watch.
