I realized that only happens with safari .... with chrome no problem
Well, I still don't know if it's a specific site or any sites but you can try clearing history from the Safari menu.
Well. if you haven't already "Clear History" from the Safari drop down menu and restart Safari.
I never used antivirus on mac and also on windows 😉 I think this is a little bug on safari because on chrome no problem ... so I exclude a problem of my Nvidia GT 750M
Well, I don't have the problem on Netflix, YouTube, Hulu or Amazon Prime so I'm not sure what it could be. Unless you have some antivirus program installed in which case you should uninstall it.

I did , but problem persist 😟 it's present on dazn, netflix, vimeo and youtube for now .... very strange .... I never had this problem with High Sierra
