Issues with physical dual sim iPhone XS max HK

I see that a phone call you receive from one account, it actually is received on the other when using your iPhone XS Max. I'm happy to help.

Using Dual SIM with two nano-SIM cards -- Make sure one of the accounts is assigned as primary, and test the issue.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Sometimes a restart will clear things up. Once it's returned to the Home screen, test the issue.

I use both telstra webt to apple support and they say we can replace phone under warranty but with Australian phone.

I am also facing the same problem..i have to reset network setting every hour to fix the problem. The call gets muted automatically, neither i or the other person is able to hear anything and i an frustrated with this problem. If i switch off the esim then all is fine but if both are active then i always have to reset alevery hour.

I am having exactly the same issue, My primary sim loses the reception bars from time to time and i have to restart the phone to get it back or sometime it get's back by itself.

Same here and this is so freaking annoying I tried beta program hoped that new update will fix it but by far no results its getting worst I am on iOS 12.1.1 Beta 2, I just cant make a call for what these phones are made seriously Apple, before I used S8 Plus, Note 8, OnePlus 6 all dual sim variants not a single time I faced these serious issues never ever I was happy that finally iPhone is dual sim too but this signal dropping LTE Wifi issues ****, useless phone!!!

I can't interact with my operators USSD application.

And this is why I bought the phone.

At first I could do that on the Primary but it failed on the secondary, since I wanted the secondary to be used for the USSD I swapped the Sims and both are not working

Apple this is very serious. It looks like the iOS wasn't tested. I am highly dissatisfied

Another issue I am facing on Dual Sim XS Max is while on call some calls get mute for no reason which is very weird!

I m going to apple store to have this fixed or returned. If you guys cant copy a simple function what other phones have been offering from 2012.

The dual SIM iPhone is a two in one phone Apple must understand that and operate as such because this is what we have paid for.

Apple free users because we have paid for it.
